In January this year, the Rihanna visited Muzu primary school in Malawi to learn about the hardships the country’s education system faces. “I’m really here to see it,” she says. “It’s one thing to read the statistics, but I want to see it first hand and find out all that can be done, and where to start first.” Rihanna along with the Global Partnership for Education have a goal of ending extreme poverty by 2030 (we're not holding our breathe).

It's fantaistic to see Rihanna and the Global Partnership for Education working together on a whorthwhile cause but countries of Africa cannot keep relying on foreginers and foreign organisations to come in try to "save us" we should be taking more responsibility to create worthwhile change.
